B2B Appointment Preparations

Each B2B appointment will run for 10 minutes, with a 1-minute transition between meetings. Buyers will rotate between sellers throughout the session. 

To make the most of your time: 

  • Begin with a brief introduction and allow time to get to know the buyer before diving into your presentation. 

  • Don’t assume the buyer is familiar with your geographic location or product offering. Take a moment to provide context. 

  • Prepare a concise and engaging sales presentation tailored to the India and Southeast Asia markets, highlighting what makes your experience stand out for their travellers. 

  • Allow time for questions and wrap up at the end (1-2 minutes) 

Seller table set up

Each seller will be provided with a trestle-top table and a DNSW-branded table sign displaying their business name. 

You are welcome, and encouraged, to dress your table to bring your experience to life in the room. Consider a tablecloth, props, imagery, or small display elements that represent your brand or destination. 

Please note: 

  • Pull-up banners are not permitted. 

  • Table-top banners and small branded materials are welcome. 

Collateral & Giveaways

Destination NSW encourages a sustainable approach to event participation. Where possible: 

  • Limit printed collateral and opt for digital resources or QR codes to share information. 
  • If providing giveaways, choose useful, locally sourced, or environmentally responsible items that reflect NSW’s commitment to sustainability. 
  • Avoid single-use plastics and excessive packaging.
