Each B2B appointment will run for 10 minutes, with a 1-minute transition between meetings. Buyers will rotate between sellers throughout the session.
To make the most of your time:
Begin with a brief introduction and allow time to get to know the buyer before diving into your presentation.
Don’t assume the buyer is familiar with your geographic location or product offering. Take a moment to provide context.
Prepare a concise and engaging sales presentation tailored to the India and Southeast Asia markets, highlighting what makes your experience stand out for their travellers.
Allow time for questions and wrap up at the end (1-2 minutes)
Each seller will be provided with a trestle-top table and a DNSW-branded table sign displaying their business name.
You are welcome, and encouraged, to dress your table to bring your experience to life in the room. Consider a tablecloth, props, imagery, or small display elements that represent your brand or destination.
